Before proceeding, please understand the definitions of obsessions and compulsions:
OBSESSIONS are unwelcome and distressing ideas, thoughts, images, or impulses that repeatedly enter your mind. They may seem to occur against your will and may be repugnant or senseless to you.
COMPULSIONS are behaviors or acts that you feel driven to perform, even though you may recognize them as senseless or excessive. You may try to resist them, but this can be difficult.
Please rate each item based on your experience during the PAST WEEK (including today).
Example: An obsession could be a recurrent thought about harming someone, even though you never would. A compulsion could be repeatedly checking that appliances are turned off before leaving home.
